everything came in one piece they even gave me 40gb ram. I ordered a iMac in fair condition but it looks brand new. the only thing I was upset about was that it didn't come with a power cord, but I was able to use the cord I use for my xbox until I get an apple one. it also didn't come with the original mouse and keyboard but that's ok I already had an apple pair. but considering in how good of a condition it came in for the price I would definitely recommend this distributor!
