The iPad seems in perfect condition. After using it daily for about 10 days, I find no problems. It looks like new, battery charges quickly and lasts all day. The entire purchase experience was A++ from order form to communication to delivery. On time, in fact 2 days early. If I had a criticism it would be that that BackMarket is unreachable by email or phone. I wanted to send them a comment and you simply can't. Odd. I would totally use them again--I buy refurbished often.

Nice device, happy to get a good price for a 2025 model. It is a bit larger than my previous iPad, so did not fit in my book stand/cover so had to get another one. And there is no home button, which I prefer. I have a hard time swiping! (What is with the no home buttons, Apple?? My phone is the same way, please bring them back). So far, so good with everything else, including its ability to automatically stop charging at 80%. Good move. Thanks and thanks for refurbishing and great customer service.

I received the iPad in the original box, which I honestly was not expecting at all. All of the pull tabs and screen coverings were already removed, but that was completely expected for a refurbished device. What really impressed me was that all brand new original accessories were included, and there is still a 6 month warranty active. Battery life is in top shape and performs like new. There is a small dent on the back, but it is barely noticeable and does not show up in photos at all. You can only see it if you hold it in the light at a very specific angle, so it does not affect the look or use whatsoever. The camera quality alone made this upgrade worth it. FaceTime calls with my grandma are noticeably clearer compared to my 9th gen iPad, which was my main reason for upgrading. I did expect this model to be larger, but it is actually the same size, and that ended up being totally fine with me. Overall, this purchase exceeded my expectations. I am forever shopping Back Market for my electronics. Truly a best kept secret.

This is my third order through Back Market. First was a MacBook Pro 2023 last March. Second was an iPhone 14 Pro last April. Now the iPad. All of my experiences with Back Market have been totally 5 stars. As for the iPad, I ordered it in "Good" condition. The screen is flawless. On the back, there's a tiny 1/4" scratch and a barely visible 1/8" scuff. I had to look pretty hard to find them. As far as I'm concerned, that's better than just "Good". In its protective case, neither is visible under any circumstances. The iPad performs flawlessly. Delivery was one day later than estimated, but that's on FedEx. Couldn't be more pleased with my three purchases through Back Market. If you don't absolutely, positively need brand new (and how many of us really do?), Back Market is the way to go.
