Received my refurbished iPad Pro 12.9” in flawless condition. It works as expected..The process to copy apps and data from existing iPad 32gb to the new one took a little bit of time. It was necessary to erase everything on the new machine back to the Hello screen. Ordering from Backmarket was very seamless. I received the device well packed with new Apple USBC charger and cable. The item was received within 4 business days after ordering. Trackable on FedEx. Have not tested camera or battery life as yet so not reviewing those aspects I’m sure they are acceptable

The item is packaged very well. I bought this one in Excellent condition. I was not able to notice any dent or scratch anywhere until I had to install screen protector the day after I received it. Probably a 1 1/2 inch long scratches across the screen but is not noticeable after the screen protector was on I decided to just keep it. Everything works just like it should. I got the right color and 256 GB seems good enough for my school needs. Overall, I think this purchase is awesome for a refurbished item and the price it was well worth it.

The item is excellent. It meets every thing it says on the website. However, I find it very hard to contact Back Market customer service. It went like a circle and I was never able to find someone to help me with my order.

So far all good! Arrived in about a week with a dead battery. I was concerned at first about the battery life but after letting it fully charge overnight, the iPad holds a charge as well as I expected it to. No complaints from me, good product at a decent price. I regularly recommend Backmarket to friends who are looking for tech at a more affordable price.

It’s a great screen and super clean and responsive. Really unfortunate part is the battery is pretty crap. I could leave it on its own with nothing running in the background and it will die which is not good when I want to pick it up and work on it throughout the day. Not sure if it’ll be worth it to go get a new battery or not. All in all, it’s an upgrade, granted the battery issue.
