I enjoy my new iPad. My only complaint is the speakers were seemingly dirty and my microphone is hard to hear when on FaceTime. I’ve had people tell me I sound very far away even after attempting to clear away the residue. Aside from that, everything is functional, minor scratches which aren’t noticeable especially when you have a cover on it anyway. Good purchase.

The item shipped quickly after I ordered it. Overall, it seems to be working well for the drawing programs I got it for without heating up. However, the screen has a small crack on the very edge, which does not impact drawing but is a bit misleading for "excellent" condition.

The iPad is great! The reason why I’m giving it a 4 star review is because of the delivery process. FedEx was terrible. They made delivery so complicated and it took 4 extra days to get my amazing iPad. I would suggest in the future use UPS to deliver items.

They ipad pro I received is in perfect condition like new, been using it for work and it works perfectly, i did have my doubts when it arrived in the box just wrapped in the bubble plastic, i do think they could elevate the experience with the packaging a bit more, but other than that which is not a bit deal ill definitely be ordering more stuff from them.

The power adapter is missing and it was supposed to come with the order, and the charging cable is not the original one, it is a cheap one, it is a shame because the IPad itself arrived in an excellent condition as promised.

I love BackMarket. I do reviews once in a blue moon. My ipad pro 2022 is perfect. I am using it now, i tried the 2024 ipad pro twice. It just wasn’t needed. So this works well for me. I will not hesitate to buy further merchandise from this company.
