I bought the iPad Pro 11 (Wi-Fi), Apple Magic Keyboard, and USB-C Apple Pen, all in excellent condition. And let me tell you… they have outdone themselves! Everything came in about seven days, maybe a little less. And when I say not a scratch, dent, scuff, or anything I mean it. They all looked literally brand new for about $920 for everything put together. If I would’ve bought it brand new it would’ve been AT LEAST $1,300. Overall amazing experience and obviously recommend it!!!

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Tried to cancel orders within an hour of placing but was told it was too late. So I said fine and returned the items the second they arrived, unopened. I was given 2 return slips which I affixed to the packages. Was told the wrong package went to the wrong g vendors. Regardless, when trying to get help with them, was told the items had to be returned to me, even though I am at a different address. Rather than having vendors ship to each other, even though they had to print a new shipping label, was told they can’t. Long story short, they still have my money after 2.5 weeks and I haven’t received the items back yet. Probably another 2 weeks out. I was a customer service manger for 30 years and I guarantee I would have fired everyone in the department, including Kevin, the supervisor.
