Everything is good with the iPad Pro 12.9. It’s exactly as advertised. A little weird it came just in a padded sleeve with a cheap charge cable, but can’t say it’s defective or anything. Just a little weird as I’m used to buying refurbished from Apple where it arrives as good as new in a box with all accessories. But I didn’t pay that much higher cost, so nothing bad to say about it.

This was my 3rd purchase from BackMarket, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the condition of my iPad Pro 2021. Knowing that is backed by a 1 year warranty is a plus. I would recommend this market place for it’s return policy and warranty, better than dealing with shady eBay policies and possible scams when it comes to Apple products.

Perfectly happy and the iPad Pro surprisingly is clean and scratch free. My daughter is loving it. Only issue was with charger came with less rated one, but sorted out after communicating with the seller. They provide me a credit to buy new charger and let me keep the first one with me.
