iPhone 11 Pro Max • Locked T-Mobile

The pricing for my old equipment was very fair, and the price of the refurbished unit was amazing. The communication and process throughout was consistent, reliable, and "as promised." I really enjoy the new "used" phone - it is in perfect condition, and it works as expected. Truly a great company to work with, and I will definitely use them again in the future. The iPhone 11 Pro Max was delivered in a couple of days. However, as I was setting up the new phone and transferring my data I noticed during setup the screen is not an original Apple screen and the Face ID does not work. Good phone came in great shape though. I will be sending back for a repair.

Bought this phone as a gift for my boyfriend. He actually is the one who told me about backmarket. Was a little delayed in their shipping because the color I originally picked wasn't available. He didn't care about the color so I approved the one that they did have. It came packaged nice and safe, and he hasn't complained so I believe everything is working great.

Exactly as expected. Perfect replacement.

So far the phone looks nice and has not had any problems. The only thing I was disappointed in was the battery was only 82% I thought they were supposed to be at least 85 or higher.
