I was definitely skeptical about buying a refurbished device. However, all those YouTube videos and hours of research are finally paying off! I got my iPhone 12 after only 2 days of waiting (which was faster than the predicted arrival date), and I'm happy to say I do not regret this purchase. The good condition for this phone was definitely a good choice. I only saw one barely visible scratch on the camera bump of the phone, but it's not an issue for me since I just use the phone with a case. I will be buying from BackMarket in the future as well! Keep up the great work!

I got the IPhone 12 in fair condition. 64gbs. I knew what I was getting ( fair condition) but honestly, the phone came in excellent condition! I would say that there was a tiny scratch on the side that you can barely see! The battery capacity is a 88% but unfortunately, even with my fast charger, it would charge slow or not at all. You have to kind of keep taking the charger out and putting it back in. I also had trouble syncing my apps from my old iPhone to this one but that’s an easy fix. Overall! I would definitely recommend getting a refurbished phone, even in fair condition to save the money! My fair condition was perfect! ( physically)

I was a little nervous at first buying a refurbished phone but once I read everyone’s reviews i felt better with my decision. I am so happy with the price and quality of this purchase. I purchased the green iPhone 12 in the “excellent condition” choice for my sons 11th bday, and the phone arrived looking brand new and had 99% battery life. I literally could not find one little mark on this phone. My son is so happy! He’s been using it for about 2 weeks and no problems! I will definitely be ordering phones, gaming systems, laptops, etc. from here instead of buying brand new. I couldn’t recommend enough!! Thank you Backmarket!

OK. Just a warning - this is a long review! I ordered a newish iPhone 12 in early July - and it arrived quickly, was well-packaged, and in excellent physical shape, which was what I expected. I WAS disappointed that 'excellent' condition didn't apply to the battery level, which was at 85%. After some emails back and forth, I was given a $35 credit towards battery replacement shortly afterwards. But that replacement never happened, because all of a sudden the next week my iPhone developed this weird green tint on the screen (go ahead and Google 'green screen of death' to see what I mean!) ) This made the cell phone almost impossible to use. It worked fine otherwise - powered on and off ok, but the green tint made it very hard to see the screen. After many more emails (using my computer) and several attempts to fix the issue, I was able to return my phone, and received a full refund (rather quickly, I might add), as the device was deemed 'unrepairable'. So, while I was disappointed with the defect on my phone, I place the blame squarely on on Apple, not on Back Market, as apparently this was a defective hardware issue which had nothing to do with user misuse- and they (Apple) woul ...

I’m astounded not gonna lie. Always been wary of buying refurbished phones this my first time. My iPhone 12 came in today and it legitimately looks like someone removed the original plastic then didn’t ever touch it again it’s flawless in every aspect. SIM card instantly synced up as did Apple ID, 0 replaced parts, 99% battery and no water damage legit a perfect pick up. Came a day early too, highly recommend this seller and site.
