iPhone 12 Pro 256GB - Silver - Locked Verizon

The iPhone came with no scratches, great condition. It works perfectly. It was also packaged with a charger. The only difficulty that I had was that it came in having not been factory reset, so I had to go through that process before transferring my phone. I didn't mind this though because I know how to factory reset so I just did it myself. I'm very satisfied with my purchase!

The phone arrived and had some light scratches as expected, otherwise it was in good condition. Unfortunately after spending an hour getting it setup with my carrier and receiving my first phone call on it, I discovered the speaker was extremeley garbled and found the phone not usable. I spent another hour getting my old phone switched back on with my carrier and then another 30 minutes photographing, packaging and return shipping the phone back to Back Market. Overall I found it an unpleasant experience, that wasted too much of my time and not worth the savings on the refurb phone. I ended up purchasing a refurb through the Apple store.

This phone was listed as "excellent" condition. Seems they replaced the screen on it and now I have a message that it is not a valid apple part popping up continuously. That should have been noted in the description. In addition I ordered a screen protector and did not receive it.

Back Market very good with notifications regarding order status as well as status of trade-in. Phone in expected condition. Iphone 12 pro much like iphone X except for the much better camera...which is why I upgraded. Also like the square sides better than the rounded ones on older models.

Phone was sold as “good” condition. Good condition is stated as the screen being in “perfect condition”. The phone’s screen included many scratches.

They sold me a phone from Japan, where the shutter button is always on, no way to silence it. I should have been informed about this.
