After receiving two iPhone 12 Pro Max phones (1 from Amaz, 1 from Wmart), although both order at top tier “like new” level, both were absolute JUNK. This one from BackMarket, not only has a decent battery, but also an actual OLED screen! VERY happy with my purchase here. Don’t waste $ on another site!!

So far it’s really fun to have a new phone that’s fast and very responsive. It has some very minor scratches, but they’re almost unnoticeable and I got a good protective case, so I don’t see them at all. The battery’s maximum capacity is at 81% but it is sufficient for my daily use, so overall it looks like a very good deal!

Everything about the refurbished iPhone 12 Pro Max I bought is fine except that sometimes the screen does not respond when I touch it. For example, when I go to activate the microphone icon in the lower right corner to use voice-to-text… Sometimes I have to touch it four or five times before it responds. Same thing when navigating Safari. Just not as responsive as my prior iPhones. This makes me wonder if the previous owner of the phone did a non-OEM glass screen replacement. I guess it’s just a gamble when you buy refurbished.

Camera was foggy, thought it was a simple fix so I followed their instructions, removed my iCloud and all but my logins were still on the phone, they said they can’t repair it, and won’t respond to what will happen with my data on the phone. How would you refurbish a whole phone but can’t take off the back lens to clean it, makes 0 sense to me.
