They sent me a completely wrong phone, that was locked to a different carrier (which is not an option you can put for reason for replacement) and it takes them 9 days to send a replacement, which feels ridiculous since it was their mistake, and now I have to wait a week in a half with no phone for them to correct their own mistake. Customer service is also terrible, they're so hard to get in contact with, and just send generic, automatic messages that don't even fit the question i was asking. Overall bad experience, and not for the first time, since last time they sent me a phone in much worse condition than listed.
