Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Good price for a really nice phone. Works really well speaker was loud and people can actually hear me better now. Definitely would recommend making the purchase if you’re in the market.

It was quick and easy - the price was also great. The device is exactly as described and works super well. Overall, I will be checking and buying all my devices from BackMarket whenever possible. Did hurt that I got quite a nice amount of cash back for my trade-in. 12/10!

This was a Christmas present for our son. It is in very good condition with no signs of wear except small areas on the outer metal rim that are covered by his phone case anyway. The phone was easy to setup with his Apple ID and we had no problems when we took it to AT&T to add his line to our account. We have only had the phone for a few weeks but have not had any issues this far and our son is ecstatic about his first phone!

I got this phone for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She loves it. After it was open, it had virtually no damage at all. I got on in fair condition n to be honest it was in good shape not fair 👍🏼🤙🏼 thanks. I couldn't beat the price anywhere and it arrived fast. It works flawless.

I have had to spend HOURS on this phone which in the end turned out to be a phone that has not been paid for with AT&T so the SIM card locked to AT&T can’t be unlocked for me to use the carrier I am with (StraightTalk). I’m not sure how something like this gets by this company that seems so professional but it’s not a pleasant experience to purchase something that costs this amount of money to then have to send it back and go thru the whole process of buying another one with fingers crossed it’s not a phone still under contract or stolen or who knows what. It’s a huge waste of my time. Back Market DO BETTER. I’ve gotten 2 other phones from you & had no problems. You’ve ruined the great experience for me.

A beautiful phone. Works well. Data was easy to transfer from my old phone. I am very happy with my new iPhone 14. It was delivered on time as promised.
