Got it for my mom to switch her from android to iPhone she loves it… got it in the “good” condition but it looks brand new so I can only imagine what excellent looks like. It arrived really fast and looks better then they promised.. this is about my 8th time ordering from backmarket and I’m always more then satisfied!!,

Purchased in “good” condition. It exceeded my expectations! Backside & front screen were scratch free! Just a couple minor scratches on the bumper. Phone works great!

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from this website. I bought a phone that was supposed to be ready for activation, but when I tried to set it up through AT&T, I found out it was flagged as stolen. This is completely unacceptable. The frustration and inconvenience this has caused me are beyond words. It’s your responsibility to ensure the phones you sell are legitimate and ready for use. Selling stolen goods is not only unethical but also a violation of trust with your customers. I will never purchase from this website again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.

The iPhone I purchased from Back Market had to be returned which seems to have gone through. The reason why I had to return the iPhone is that when I went to have it registered with my phone carrier I was informed that the phone was a stolen iPhone. Since my confidence in Back Market was dashed I went and purchased another iPhone through a different company.

Sent me the wrong phone, I ordered a IPhone 14 Plus and got a really good deal on it, when the phone arrived it was an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Really Disappointing
