iPhone 6s Plus 16GB - Gold - Locked AT&T

I have used Backmarket before with no issues. This time the vendor I used to purchase a phone is impossible to get through to. I've been waiting 1 month for either the phone to be repaired or refunded. After numberous messages to " The Geex" I am yet to get a response as to what is going on with my order. In the meantime I am without a phone. Don't use this vendor for purchase.

Got an iPhone 6s Plus in Good condition, and was really pleasantly surprised at how great it looked. It works perfectly - I’m not sure if the battery is at 100% capacity of a brand new iphone, but it’s a million times better than my old one, and still lasts most of the day. Overall really happy with the purchase!

The process was seemless which made it a 5 star experience! I have purchased 2 refurbished iPhone’s (6S Plus) within the last 30 days for both of my sons and the phones are in great cosmetic and working condition. Initially I was a little concerned about having to work with a 3rd party through Back Market, but there were NO issues. Shipping and receiving timeframe to get the phone was quick. I was able to track the package which put me at ease as well. Lastly, I absolutely love the content of the marketing emails. Witty and fun verbiage. Great concept Back Market! I bought it to replace my original Iphone 6s Plus and I am very pleased. The condition and performance of the device is great. Thank you for providing quality cost effective replacement (or first time) devices. I am thinking about purchasing another and it helps to keep unused phones out of landfills !!!

This was my first experience with using Backmarket, and i was impressed from the start to the finish of the process. I was able to pick out just the right 'new for me' iphone 6s plus, in mint condition, it arrived in just a few days, was boxed just as if i had purchased a brand new one, with no signs of wear, etc. And, it has worked perfectly. I have told all my family/friends about this site, and plan to use them from now on for things like phones, etc
