iPhone 7 Plus 256GB - Rose Gold - Locked Verizon

Good phone

I purchased an iphone 7 plus from Back Market and am very happy with my purchase thus far. Delivery was fast and the phone was in excellent condition when it arrived. So far so good with this refurbished phone. I will definitely check them out the next time I need another phone.

I held onto my faithful 5s for as long as possible, but a dying battery put the end in sight. I couldn't justify spending much on an upgrade, and the 7 Plus seemed like just the right choice for me. My refurbished iPhone seems like brand new to me. Trading out SIM cards and setting the "new" phone was easy and slick. I have already recommended Back Market to several friends!!

I am VERY happy with my new iphone 7 plus!!! The price was good, the delivery was excellent, and the condition of the phone is terrific!!!! I am happy to participate in one small little way of re-using an item instead of discarding it. I have no complaints about the phone to date. But I feel certain that if I did, Back Market would be there to assist me until it was resolved. GREAT JOB Back Market!!!!!!!

The first try was an unlocked iphone 7+ but Verizon was unable to set the phone up. It didn't make or receive calls after spending 2+ hrs with Verizon. The good news is Back Market did refund us 100% (inc shipping) in two days of receiving the phone back. so we bought a Verizon locked iphone 7+ and it works great. we bought Excellent condition phones and both were like new. Thank you for the service and I will use you again.

My iPhone 7 Plus was dying. Went to my carrier and I could buy a new phone for $1000 plus. New customers could get a deal a deal on older models like iPhone 8, and 10’s but not me a customer of many years. I actually called them out on it they didn’t flinch. Realizing I was happy with my 7 plus, which I use for work, emailing and texting I started looking for resale options. THANKFULLY I I found BackMarket. The process was easy! The phone was in top notch condition. It was ready to go. Popped in my SIM card and I was good to go. Paid for 48 hours shipping and it came pretty close. I live in a rural area that Amazon can’t get to me on time very often, but I needed the push. It’s been a week and all is well and I am happy with my purchase. Today I got this review request. It came with an additional button. Please let us know if you have a problem. That’s just outstanding customer service and I want to call it out. Good job! Hopefully all continues to be well but if not I have my 1 year warranty. PS when I called my carrier asking about any issues I might encounter with buying a renewed phone and connecting it to my existing service they were polite, said 1 in 10 don’t work to connect but did not offer any alternative.

Product came in great condition and great packaging, it arrived sooner than expected 100% recommend buying refurbished products from here. Will plan on buying in the future again!!!
