I was not sure what to expect about buying a refurbished iphone 8. It was delivered on time and Back Market kept me informed with emails of it's status. The phone came in pristine condition with 89% battery health, so far everything is working as advertised. Just waiting for a sim card as iam choosing a new carrier-- I had no contact with the seller (why would I nothing wrong) but I have 30 days to change my mind plus a year warranty which convinced me to buy from Back Market--

The iPhone 8 purchased from backmarket was exactly as described and the quality could not be greater. I needed this phone for my seven year old daughter so that we could use modern applications to monitor her recent diabetes diagnosis and backmarket provided a quality phone for an extremely reasonable price compared to any other place my wife and I looked. If I require another refurbished phone I will definitely be looking to this company again to fulfill my needs. Thank you.

I am a real person who recently lost my iPhone 8 9while out horseback riding0. I got sticker shock with new iPhones so I started shopping around. I found allot of sketchy resellers and then I found Back Market. I was still skeptical about ordering a replacement / reconditioned phone from this company. However, based on the possible price savings, I decided to risk it ("risk and reward"). I figured, worst case I would add 25% to the cost of a new phone, best case I would save 75% over the cost of a new phone. Well worth the risk, in my opinion. I placed the order and was very pleased. I got my new phone quickly and everything worked as promissed. I would highly recommend them based on my experience.

The refurbished phone was in excellent condition and hard to tell from new. I moved the SIM card from my iPhone 6 to the iPhone 8. One of the phones anticipated that I might want to copy my contacts etc. which was exactly my desire so I agreed. After a few minutes the process was complete. The whole switch over was very easy.

I was a bit apprehensive about buying a refurbished I Phone 8, but I have been pleasantly surprised with my purchase. There wasn't a scratch on this baby, and it still had a screen protector on it, so it was in pristine condition even though it was just rated "good." It also held a full battery charge coming off the charger. Not a bad purchase for $132.26. When this one needs to be replaced, I will be going back to Back<Market for another refurbished I Phone. No complaints here. None at all. Thanks, guys.

This Backmarket purchase was my third attempt to buy a refurbished phone. The two earlier sellers advertized their phones, which cost about $200, as "like new", but when they arrived their batteries health levels were 76% and needed to be replaced at a cost of $70. I returned both. This phone cost only $152 and it's batttery level is 94%! Thanks!!

Everything you ever wanted to know about the iPhone 8 Cricket

Is the iPhone 8 still a good phone?

Although the iPhone 8 is not the most recent iPhone on the marketplace, it still provides superb performance and should work similarly well as the latest iPhones. You don't need to get the best recent smartphone for gaming or music/video streaming, you can opt for this refurbished smartphone and get the same functionality that you would expect from a much newer iPhone.

What are the specs & dimensions of the Gold iPhone 8?

Introduced on 9/22/17, this Cricket iPhone 8 comes in a Gold glass/aluminum chassis. It's 5.45 inches tall, and 2.65" wide with a depth of 0.29" and a weight of 5.22oz. The Gold iPhone 8 256 GB is a snappy and durable device with a good camera and battery life.

How much storage do you need in a Cricket iPhone 8?

The 256 GB of storage on your Gold iPhone 8 will be used to store photos, videos, and songs right onto your phone. If you plan on downloading a good deal of music or snapping lots of photos, you will probably want to go for a cell phone with a large storage capacity like 128GB, 256GB, or perhaps even 512GB.

How much RAM does the Cricket iPhone 8 have?

Thanks to the Apple A11 chip within, this handset is able to stay snappy no matter what app you wish to use. Its 2 GB of RAM will enable you to comfortably run a handful apps at once without bogging down the product.

What screen does the Cricket iPhone 8 have?

If you're a true phone nerd, you'll be curious what sort of screen technology is featured in this product: this Gold iPhone 8 has a 4.7 inch 1334x750 pixel 326 ppi screen. This is also called a "Retina" display, which Apple has been utilizing in its cell phones since the inception of the iPhone 4 series of products.

Is the iPhone 8 camera bad?

The main camera on this cell phone has 12 megapixels which may not seem like much, but we ensure that it will suffice to take good quality pics in the majority of scenarios. If you want an iPhone that has a second rear-facing camera lens for wide-angle shots, you may need to look elsewhere, the Gold iPhone 8 Cricket does not have this feature.

Does the iPhone 8 have Face ID?

Because of Touch ID, the Gold iPhone 8 256 GB is able to authenticate your identity using a scan of your fingerprint. Despite the fact that this is technically a slightly older technology than Face ID, in some situations it can actually be more convenient.

How long is the battery life on the iPhone 8?

Thanks to 13 hours of battery life, the Cricket iPhone 8 should manage to last you all day without needing to recharge--unless of course you're an especially heavy user that devotes a great deal of time browsing the web, streaming video, or listening to audio. In this case you may really need to recharge before your day is done.
