iPhone SE (2016) 128GB - Space Gray - Unlocked

The phone works. It works for a total of about 5 minutes. I can fully charge it and the battery drains within minutes without doing anything or using any apps. This is a late review but it’s been this way since I received the phone. It was so much cheap that I just took it as a loss and moved on and bought another phone.

Great experience overall

I purchased an iPhone SE, 1st generation from Back Market and have been using it for one week. Here is my experience to date. Regarding price, this is the best price I was able to locate. Regarding speed of shipping, this arrived in just a few days, and faster than their original estimate when I place the order. Regarding condition, they stated it was in "good" condition. It does have minor scratches on the back of the phone, which means nothing to me, since I put it in a case, but the glass screen, which is what is important to me, looks like it is new. And in regards to the battery health of the phone, when I checked this in settings, it gives the current health of the battery at 100%, which was also a concern of mine. And in regards to the overall performance of the phone, it has been great. No problems at all. This is the first time I have used Back Market and also the first iPhone I have ever owned. This has been a positive experience for me and I would not hesitate to use Back Market again.

I was a little apprehensive about ordering a phone rated "fair" condition, with this being the lowest rating on the site. In the end, however, it seems there was nothing worry about. There are no cracks or scratches on the screen. I've not used it long enough to get a good sense of the battery performance, but the phone itself tells me its battery is functioning at 99 percent original capacity. There are some very light scuffs on the back on the phone, but nothing out of the ordinary, and I will be using a protecting case for the phone anyway. I mean, a 1st Gen iPhone SE in operative condition with 128GB storage? One must protect this rarity! Today's big clunky phones just don't measure up to the original SE... or measure down, as it were.)

The condition rating is accurate to be fair this thing looks brand new - so - very good = like new in my opinion. I just needed a backup phone and this thing will fit the bill. So - about BackMarket - communication was excellent, shipping tracking emails notifying where the phone was in the process was all expertly done. I believe the pricing is fair and I feel so much better ordering a phone from BackMarket than I do from ebay because you know what you are getting and well I totally recommend BackMarket if you need a phone that works out of the box. Bravo customer service ninjas!!

Honestly I wasn’t to sure about back market. Reading other reviews but honestly I took a chance, and I am satisfied with my experience and items that I bought. Thank you back market. I will continue to give all my business.
