"Wireless Devices" sold this device. (iPhone SE 2020 Locked Verizon Black 64 GB .) They listed it as an Excellent grade phone, but in reality it was only in Fair grade due to micro-scratches, micro-pitting, and top case wear on the screen, as well as moderate case wear around the entire back of the phone. The Return process was a bit cumbersome with all the pictures requested and recommended by Back Market. I wanted a replacement, but Back Market was only willing to provide a refund because "Wireless Devices" didn't have an Excellent grade phone to replace the one I ordered. Back Market then initially volunteered a 5% discount. When I explained that wouldn't be enough to cover the difference between the one I ordered and the current Excellent grade phone (same model etc), they bumped it up to 10% and told me that was the most they could offer. Overall I've found this process to be rather cumbersome, particularly with the CYA picture taking. I understand how that can be helpful in resolving potential conflicts, but it was a rather PITA process. I also found trying to figure out who sold my first phone, and who sells other phones to be hasslesome. Maybe because the latter is in supe...
