I had made a mistake about the product’s charge cable. I had thought it didn’t work, but it did. As soon as I figured out how to navigate the required digital maneuvers, that to me, a ‘digital dunce’, was not Intuitive, the seller was appropriately responsive. I just wish I could have spoken with a real live person to sort out the above troubles. This font size for a person with macula degeneration is a real pain in the ass.

We ordered fair condition as a gift for my 9year old for his birthday and the quality that the iPod was in is amazing! Virtually scratch free (can’t guarantee that’ll be the case for all) but seriously amazing, Thank you so much!!

We got this for my son who listens to music to fall asleep. It is seriously the perfect thing. It works like it is brand new and I couldn't be happier with it. The iPod touch is older than he is and it was hilarious to see his mind implode from wrapping his head around that concept.

Ordered this for my four year old as a birthday present and it’s awesome! No issues, works perfectly it does have a few visible scratches but that’s to be expected, we just got a heavy duty case to protect it! Amazing for the price! Ordering 2 more for my other kiddos! Would definitely recommend!

Arrived today, set up thru iTunes was, of course, super easy. Downloaded the music I wanted and it’s now in our Cadi giving us endless hours of joy w/o the need to change CDs. The price was fantastic, the device is very clean with no noticeable scratches. Thanks for this service. I will be back again.

The condition said fair, but honestly I can't see anything wrong with it at all. It's very well preserved, no scratches anywhere but the back. It's a little slow, sure, but it's over ten years old so that's to be expected.
