Kyocera Duraforce Pro 2 • Locked Verizon

This was our first time using BackMarket and will not be our last. Our Kyocera Duraforce Pro 2 came in earlier that expected and set up was a breeze. We will definitely recommend to other.

Very happy with this purchase. Site was easy to navigate, phone arrived quickly and was in excellent condition. Gotta love when products are affordable!!

Ok, love the phone. Technical issues with VZW to receive SMS and MMS messages though. You have to request VZW to make this a CDMA-Less phone. A pain, but as soon as you get a rep that listens, it's golden. Great phone and great speed with the shipping. Can't beat having a warranty on a refurbished item. Will be going business again.

complete waste of my time

It's defective and I have autism and I'm extremely stressed about having to go print the label and etc. I just want a refund. I'll send it back this is too complicated it should work it's been acting weird from day one and I can't follow written instructions well because I have autism and I'm on my own and extremely stressed out already. I'm never going to order from back market again because this is way too complicated for something that isn't my fault at all and I expect my purchases to work without hassle. I just want a refund I can't deal with printing labels and having to interact with people right now.

The phone came and was exactly as described. It also came with a charger as they said it would. It just happened to not be the correct charger. They sent a standard micro usb when the phone looks to be type c. It also doesn't look as if the phone was cleaned. All the covers for the openings had some crusties and dirt in them. Other than that no issues. Shipped quick and phone works great. Luckily I have a wireless charger to use. Would do business with again if needed in the future.
