SCAM AGAIN – Ordered ThinkPad P53, received CHEAPER T495 Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) This is the second time Wisetek Market has sent me the wrong laptop. What I ordered: Lenovo ThinkPad P53 (2019) 15-inch display Intel Core i7 9th Gen (H-series) – high performance What I actually received: Lenovo ThinkPad T495 (not even the same model family) 14-inch display (smaller) AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 3700U (much weaker than i7-9th Gen H) 16GB RAM The ThinkPad P53 is a mobile workstation for heavy workloads. The T495 is a light business laptop – completely different class. This is like ordering a truck and receiving a sedan. Wisetek Market is intentionally sending cheaper, inferior laptops than what customers pay for. This is fraud.

I recently purchased a laptop from this seller and I am beyond impressed with their service. The laptop arrived in record time and was in impeccable condition - it looked brand new! I bought this computer for my husband and we were both extremely satisfied with the customer experience start to finish. The process to purchase was seamless and the computer arrived in just two days! It looked brand new and has been working as such from the moment it was unboxed. We later realized the computer specs might’ve been a bit of an overkill for my husband’s needs but all in all, he’s a very happy camper. No regrets, this was our first purchase and we will def be coming back for our future needs.

Back Market is ripping me off. The computer was sent with the a charger that does not power the computer, and the customer service to try and get me the correct charger has been a cruel joke. Clearly, this company feels it has total impunity to treat customers as it pleases. After over a week of customer support, I am now being told that the "seller" (as though this should be any concern of mine), does not have the correct charger and Back Market has given me two options: a $20 credit when the correct charger costs over $100 dollars!!! or return the unit for a full refund ... after wasting my time. The computer was for my daughter for her studies while traveling abroad and the whole thing has been a fiasco. They offer no telephone support and took their time despite my making clear in every email that this was a time sensitive matter. I RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS COMPANY! It is a rip off.
