Device arrived in like-new condition. After running several diagnostics, there are no noticable hardware defects, and the battery appears to even be upgraded from the stock laptop. Packaging was remarkably secure. I am thoroughly impressed, excellent seller.

Overall I was happy with my first Back Market experience. Communication was good, I paid a fair price, and customer service was responsive. The laptop was in very good condition, with minimal signs of wear. The one major issue I had was that the laptop battery had significantly less life than the minimum guaranteed by Back Market. To be fair, they immediately sent me a shipping label to return it, but I can't afford to be without a laptop for that long and have already set everything up and don't want to do that again. But checking the battery life is an easy thing to do before selling it, and the seller clearly didn't do that (at least I hope they didn't). It wasn't just a little below the threshold, but quite a bit lower, and I would have purchased a different laptop had I know that was the case. I would buy from Back Market again, but now knowing to expect things might not be quite was they're supposed to be. It was still a good price for a solid laptop.

I received my device just in time and in a great condition, This is my second purchase from backmarket and you do not disappoint. Thank you for your efforts to giving us the affordable and reliable products.

The ThinkPad T14 is my laptop chose I love this laptop. This specific one from Back Market exceeded my expectations, as they always do.

UPS left a note at my door that they couldn’t deliver because I had to sign and I was actually home but they never rang the bell so I had to pay eight dollars to go get it the next day. And then when I tried to set Up the Lenova, I had to fight Microsoft for quite a while because I don’t want Microsoft and I don’t wanna buy Microsoft, but it was really hard to get around that and I had to use AI to help me figure out how to do it so it was extremely difficult to set the computer up
