the mouse itself works totally fine, so on that note i would give this a 5/5 star rating, but i had a couple issues with the purchase side of things. first, i got a little scared yesterday because i received a delivery notification, and when i went outside to grab it there was nothing on my porch. when i went to look at the fedex drop off confirmation it showed me a photo of an entirely different package with a different name & address on it delivered somewhere very clearly not my apartment. it worked out fine, because it was delivered today, but i think backmarket needs to be more careful when assigning their tracking numbers to packages. second, this did not include the USB bluetooth connector in the package, so i had to install the software for my specific device by looking up the serial number on the logitech website and downloading the software from there, which i didn't love.

I ordered two of this item. When I received the delivery, there was only one item included. I contacted Back Market to request that they resolve the issue. They offered a refund but demanded that I supply a photo ID in addition to pictures of the packaging and device. They refuse to begin an investigation without a photo ID. I think the requirement to provide a photo ID is unreasonable and refused to supply it.

The mouse is missing the Bluetooth dongle to connect it to a computer. Without the dongle, the mouse is useless! They also forgot to put my apartment number on the package, even though my apartment number is on the order. Because of this error, I had to argue with the package room person to get my package.
