I was wanting the 11 inch version, and that's what this page said, but whoever sent it in accidentally sent in the 13 inch version. All Out Apple is a great (VAR) for Back Market. I have a little bit to write, because the other vendor did not get the size of the MacBook Air correct. They gave me a 13 inch, when I asked for a 11.6 another reason my device was in poor condition. This vendor did a great job on the delivery, quality of the machine, and the price was very fair as well. I was a little worried when I had to charge it for 24 hours, but as soon as I did the green light came on the charger cord. I will be back on Back Market soon enough to purchase more products. All Out Apple was great, and I can tell they take good care of their devices. The box Air was shipped in a professional shipping box for laptops. Those Wisconsin companies know all about client services. This MacBook Air looks new, and no nicks or screen blemishes. Very happy with this device. Please let All Out Apple they do good work, and just a suggestion. Asked them to toss a note in the box that the device may need to be charged overnight, before the screen displays. I am an IT Engineer, so I have more patience than some other people, and I have other a few Mac chargers in case the charger that came with failed. I was disappointed with this order, because Back Market has always been a great place to order devices from in the past. I am surprised that this reseller listed this device in very good condition, because it had dents and chips in the lid cover. I have always liked Back Market, because they have a 12 month warranty, very clean products, and great prices. I do not put the blame on Back Market for this reseller. I should have checked the reviews on Trust Pilot. They are not a recommended reseller, so I will not be purchasing from them again. I was refunded, and I am giving Back Market another shot with a better reseller. This time I took no chances and bought same device in Excellent condition only 40.00 more. I have high hopes, and I am sure it will not take 2 weeks to receive my device. The reseller never told me why it took so long. Just beware of some the reseller's ratings, because some are shady. Sorry for the bad review Back market, but consumers need to be warned of some of these resellers.
