Best purchase ever made 💯. This is the best place to buy refurbished Apple products. Mine didn’t really had any issues and some aren’t noticeable. After you get your MacBook, just give it a wipe with microfiber cloth/towel, and you are good to go.

The 2020 MacBook Air M1 arrived fast and in perfect condition. You'd never know it was used! Back Market had a good selection to choose from, and the price was fair compared to somewhat similar models I'd found for sale online…and this one came with a guarantee, so there was no gambling with the purchase. The laptop was factory reset and ready for setup, so I had it up and running in no time. I'll definitely order used computers from Back Market again.

For anyone else that was super worried to purchase from back market because of bad reviews or uncertainty of buying refurbished, here is my honest review as someone who was on a budget and looking for a MacBook for college. I too was super nervous about spending so much money on a MacBook Air without actually seeing it, but saw a ton of good reviews with this vendor and decided to trust it. I ended up buying a 2020 MacBook Air M1, 16GB Ram, with 256GB of storage in the color space grey in good condition. To my shock, the MacBook came in five days, even faster than it was expecting to come. When I opened the MacBook, it was wrapped in a heavy duty box with a thick bubble wrap to make sure it was super safe. When I opened the MacBook it looked AMAZING. There were a few small scratches on the underneath side of the Mac, but the top was absolutely flawless. I am so happy with this purchase and could honestly say that this is a great vendor that can be trusted! Even saved a few hundred bucks buying from back market instead of Apple! As far as everything else goes, the computer seems to operate perfectly, all speakers work. All buttons are in tact, and the touch pad is responsive. I hope my review helps some of you!

I scored a FAIR Macbook Air M1 2020, 16GB RAM & 256GB for a great price. There are minor scratches but really barely noticeable. The underside has the chunk of the scratches (but it doesn’t bother me at all). It shipped in 2 days and I have been using it seamlessly for almost 2 weeks now. BackMarket has our trust from now on.
