I have been wanting a MacBook for so long now. My boyfriend bought this for me for school. I came with a couple of scratches but knowing that it was refurbished, i expected it. It works wonderfully and saves battery through the day!

My Mac arrived early by several days. I paid for "Good" but it truly looks excellent. A few minor blemishes on the shiny apple logo but no other visible marks; it's clean and works beautifully! And about half the cost of buying refurbished from the manufacturer.

Battery came with horrible condition, since it’s refurbished, i would’ve guessed that BackMarket would’ve replaced the battery that was at 81% of life, went to Apple to get it replaced and they mentioned that probably the previous owner only used it charging.. which explains the horrible battery, ended off having to pay out of pocket 173 dollars something that should’ve already come replaced …

this is the first time i've ever bought a mac, and i definitely didn't want to deal with the expense of buying new, but i was still a little worried about buying refurbished. it's only been about a day and a half but i am SO pleased. my order came in no time at all (a day early even!) and i was super excited. i ordered a "good" one but honestly in my opinion it's "excellent." there are very very minor blemishes on the outside of my mac, like small chips around the edges, but they're hardly noticeable at all. overall amazing experience and i'd definitely buy refurbished again

I wish they went into detail with the products. Either is hit or miss when buying a product here. Everything looked great but it heats up fast to the point where the laptop is little slow. And battery life is about 5 hours and I think it supposed to be 9 . But it’s is a refurbished store. I just wish it was mentioned in details

Overall, great MacBook and in very good condition. My only complaint is I wish the battery was better. It only lasts maybe 3.5 hours with full charge (if you are on it that whole time) so not ideal. I am mainly using it for online classes for it's not a big deal for me to charge it in between or during classes, but it can be annoying. However, the battery is always a risk with refurbished devices and for the price I was able to get this at, I'm not too upset about it. Shipping was super fast and it came well packaged.
