This was my 4th purchase from Back Market and each time I'm surprised at the quality and condition. I've never 'splurged' for the best condition, but each time, it's practically new looking to me. In my experience, they've been conservative on their condition estimations which should be a great comfort to anyone hesitant to buy a refurbished device. As for the usability, I cannot distinguish between brand new and products sold here. Devices work no different than fresh from the box. I don't need the latest and greatest and since Apple supports their devices for long periods of time, this device is expected to last quite a while for me. Bonus: the device arrived considerably faster than expected. Not sure how this could have been a better experience, but if there is, I bet Back Market will find a way and surprise me again.

It was time for a new computer as mine was getting too old to be supported or upgrade much anymore. I've learned to turn to Back Market for the buy. This is my third purchase to date, and everything has been wonderful. I have an iPad, a MacBook Air, and now a MacBook Pro from them. I've also been telling people who didn't know about this option. I was on the fence about this because I’ve never bought something from BackMarket before, let alone a MacBook Pro. I am very pleased to say that the laptop arrived in perfect condition. If the box said Apple on it I would think it’s brand new. The battery health is at 95% and there were no visible marks on the screen. I’ve had the laptop for about 3 weeks now and everything has been working perfectly. I bought the M1 Max 64GB with 2TB of ssd and I mainly work Davinci Resolve, Photoshop and Lightroom and so far it handles everything perfectly and I’ve never heard the fans even turn on. So all in all super happy with the purchase and the service!

Excellent value for what I received. Super clean, top level macbook pro M1 max for about two grand including taxes and an extended warranty is pretty amazing imo. Incredible performance and I think this will last me a good while with 90% battery life still left on this.
