I LOVE ITTTTTT i originally ordered a 2022 macbook pro in ‘excellent’ condition off amazon. huge mistake. not only was it was scratched really bad, but the listing was incorrect. i received a macbook with half the storage than i ordered. i decided to try out backmarket for the first time instead and i will be telling everyone to come here for refurbished, used/older products. this macbook is in perfect condition. PERFECT. not a single scratch, the battery capacity is at 100% and the charging cycles when i received it was at 10. it was used and charged a total of 10 times. what an insane deal. i was shocked when i saw how perfect this thing is. i ordered it in excellent condition and it delivered just as that. it came in the original box with the original charger and charging brick. shipping was fast, placed the order on thursday and it delivered monday. if it wasn’t for the weekend it would of came in 2 days via fedex. customer service responded to be as soon as possible regarding shipping and they even followed up with me to make sure i received the product. if you’re on the fence about ordering from this website do it. you will not regret it.

So great overall! Bought pretty decent specs and paid way less than a base model m3, m4, or m5 for the same exact performance that’s what I love about MacBook Pro is no matter what year they’re on even if you get a model from three years prior , it’s still going to be top-tier performance all depending on if the specs are right. Bought premium condition, which was the best for me because it came with original apple parts and not replacements. Battery came in brand new condition charge last over 12 hours. My old computer I would go to sleep with it charged and I would wake up with it dead. This computer I charge it to a certain percentage. I wake up, It’s at that same percentage. Bite the bullet and pay a little bit more. It’s definitely an investment and I can tell that I’ll get a good 7 to 10 years out of this computer.

So far so good! I have to say, this was a very good experience being my first refurbished...well anything. The laptop I received exceeded my expectations. I read a few reviews and came to the conclusion that the "good" condition was sufficient, and when i received it, it had only a few little scuffs, nothing that crazy so that alone was a big surprise. Not that the cosmetic of the laptop mattered, but that alone saved me a few hundred $. The battery was at about 94-95% of its life which is also a major win considering this is a 3 year old laptop at this point. The machine runs really well and as of right now I am really pleased with the purchase. I will be returning again for future purchases and have already referred a few friends as well. Good job!

Absolutely love my device! Came as expected nothing wrong with it. I had the macbook 2020 and upgraded to the 2022 for the M2 chip. Works so much better, faster, and doesn't heat up like the 2020. I use it for school so sometimes I have alot of tabs open.

Everything works as expected. Very smooth operations & very quick processing speeds! I’m extremely happy with the purchase & the only signs of wear that really stood out on this unit was a small divet near one of the charging ports that was sharp. I may try to file it down some, but I got a case on the laptop now & that actually covers the issue area I’m talking about. 💪🏼 Oh almost forgot, it also came with a 140 watt fast charger block & magnetic charging cord in excellent condition! Yo so this Macbook is A1!!! I upgraded from a MBP 2020 14" intel i7 based with 512 storage and 16Gbs RAM. This new to me MBP M2 Pro is levels above what I previously had. Its better in every way and its not even the latest model. My workload is simple. Light 1080 video editing, light Canva and Photoshop use and photo editing. I am well awre that this machine can handle way more than that but if I need the extra power then i know that I have alot of head room in 2025 with a 2023 model. Oh and mines still came with Apple Care!! Once it expires in a few months I will add it to AppleCare One. They let you add devices up to 4 years old!
