Rating it purely on the sale, it's great. I like the 2019 MacBook Pro Retina... not a big fan of the Touch Bar, but otherwise it is a great computer. Came with Sonoma already installed and it works like a champ. I have ordered previously from Back Market and they always provide great customer service. The computer works well and arrived in good condition as described. I am content with the purchase. Though, I noticed that the laptop easily gets pretty hot (just by standing on the table and having several programs open an working simultaneously - but no rendering or any demanding tasks). I am not sure if that is normal as I have not had a MacBook Pro before and I am currently in pretty warm climate - but that is an aspect that has me wondering a bit. Other than that, everything is great.

I purchased a 2019 vintage MacBook Pro, which arrived quickly after I placed the order. It is in excellent condition and runs smoothly so far. The screen is in very good shape, the keys all work, the sound is excellent, and the battery has plenty of life on it. It is a vast improvement over my 2011-vintage device, which has finally encountered the end of the technological road. I am very pleased with the "new" device so far.

My laptop was delivered fast and I got a good deal! When my laptop broke three months later (purple streaks across screen) I contacted customer support and after we talked a bit I was able to send back my laptop and get a new one (after the seller inspected my last laptop) The service was 10/10!
