I was REALLY hesitant to order a refurbished iMac through a website that sounded like the Black Market as I worried that I would get ripped off with a suboptimal product. I have to say that I am very pleasantly surprised! I received a 2019 Core i9 MacBook Pro which looked nearly new even though it was listed as "Good" and I have been able to update the software to Sonoma without any problems. It was more than I had expected and I am glad I made this purchase. I will still use my old 2011 MacBook Pro for Photoshop purposes, but I am using this new/refurbished MacBook Pro for everything else and I love so many of the upgraded features. I will recommend BackMarket to friends and will likely make more purchases here in the future. I am an environmentalist and love the idea of extending the life of these technological devices. Thank you, Back Market, for doing this and for helping our planet!

I am very happy with the Macbook Pro I received from Black Market. I didn't know how behind the times I'd gotten with my 2015 i7 until I started my "new" computer. I believe in recycling, and this applies to high-end merchandise as much as it does to cans and bottles. I'll be checking in with Black Market the next time I need a computer upgrade.
