This is my first BackMarket product and I gotta say... I'm impressed. Quality of the Product: • Amazing quality. Even though I bought this in "fair" condition, it does not have any signs of wear/tear anywhere on the hardware's surface. Even the screen has no visible damage. The only downside (which I expected) is that is has a count of about 270 battery cycles — but I am not deducting points due to this because, after all, this is refurbished product, so of course the battery is gonna have some wear and tear. 270 isn't terrible anyways — from what I've read, MacBooks can hit up to 1,000 battery cycles before needing replacement. Plus, I'll only be using this laptop from time to time (I bought it as a transportable workstation — I already have a desktop workstation) so I think it will last me a while. Specs: • It came with all the specs I ordered (no bait and switch): I received 64GB of RAM + 1TB of storage + an 8-core i9 chip + both the Intel and AMD Radeon Pro (4GB) graphics cards Bonus: • It even came with the official MacBook Pro 96W charger. Delivery: • Delivered very fast! It arrived 5 days after I placed my order. Fair Condition? If what I received was in fair condition I'd but more refurbished items! This laptop was not only in damn near pristine condition (You can see usage on the keyboard however), it's also a steal of a deal. 10/10 will recommend backmarket to everyone I know looking to upgrade their device. 1TB SSD? 64GBs of ram? i9 processor? All under $1,200? sign me up all day. Did come with a generic charger but at that point, for the price, I couldn't care less. I went to Best buy and bought apple branded Charger and Cable for $100. Awesome Purchase. Fair quality macbook was immaculate from my perspective. I was able to upgrade to what is still a very high end Intel system with nicer keyboard, amazing memory and disk space. I was very skeptical spending a ton of money on an item I couldn’t physically see. But I was pleasantly surprised. This MacBook was about 1/3 the price of a new one. I got the fair condition and honestly had it come in the original box, I would have thought it was brand new. Not a scratch on it.
