It was my first experience with a Windows tablet. I currently have a PC and a laptop, so the skills were transferable. What took me a week or so to realize is that the camera doesn't work. Tried it on a Zoom meeting and nothing. Tried just the camera and nothing. We are extremely happy with the result. We were so satisfied that we ordered another one, which wasn't as good as this one so we returned the second. This company sold me a refurbished computer with a huge scratch on the screen, even though they claimed it was in excellent condition. They refused to exchange it and blamed me for not reading the fine print. I felt ripped off and lied to by this company. I have bought from BackMarket before and I know what excellent condition mean, specialy what it means for the screen. This is the first time I have had such a bad experience with a refurbished product. I am disappointed because I bought it as a Christmas gift and I don’t have time to return it and find another one.
