I didn't know anything about this company but decided to give them a try. I'd initially purchased an iPad Pro but changed my mind a day later. Cancelation and refund was a piece of cake. My Surface Pro 5 showed up a day early. The condition was , as described, and I'm really happy with it. Primary use is for sheet music where I need a large format screen. But I couldn't justify the expense of the iPad Pro. This thing is perfect for me. Thinking about what I can purchase next... It works perfectly, almost like new. I am very happy with my purchase. There were no cracks on the screen but there were one or two scuff marks on the corners but nothing too major. The battery wouldn't last longer than an hour by itself unfortunately. Also, the computer itself got so hot and stayed hot until in sleep mode. And lastly, the screen had very selective touch responses, versus a response to everything. Never ever order on this website again. Amazon is better and orders are always delivered on time. First time I ordered, item never got delivered on time and the quality was so bad even though I got the excellent condition one. The second time I ordered they sent the wrong item.
