Microsoft Surface Pro 5 12-inch Core i5-7300U - SSD 256 GB - 8GB Without keyboard

This is about the 7th item I've purchased from Back Market. The items were delivered exactly as described. There have been 1 or 2 glitches (as in all these type transactions) however resolution was easy and fair. I will continue to use them for my electronics needs.

We are extremely happy with the result. We were so satisfied that we ordered another one, which wasn't as good as this one so we returned the second. Back Market has been excellent to work with and we've told others about our helpful experience and high satisfaction level. Thank you, Back Market. We work in the non-profit sector overseas and we are on a tight budget. Back Market saves us A LOT of money.

The item arrived quickly and in good condition as described, and after updating is now working very well. Battery life is great and all functions are present. The supplied charger is third party but it has worked fine so far. Thanks!

It was my first experience with a Windows tablet. I currently have a PC and a laptop, so the skills were transferable. What took me a week or so to realize is that the camera doesn't work. Tried it on a Zoom meeting and nothing. Tried just the camera and nothing. But other than that, it does what I need in the 2 hour time span I use it, so I'm not complaining too much

I didn't know anything about this company but decided to give them a try. I'd initially purchased an iPad Pro but changed my mind a day later. Cancelation and refund was a piece of cake. My Surface Pro 5 showed up a day early. The condition was , as described, and I'm really happy with it. Primary use is for sheet music where I need a large format screen. But I couldn't justify the expense of the iPad Pro. This thing is perfect for me. Thinking about what I can purchase next... Thanks!

It works perfectly, almost like new. I am very happy with my purchase. There were no cracks on the screen but there were one or two scuff marks on the corners but nothing too major. It did take a while to set up only because it had to update I think.

This company sold me a refurbished computer with a huge scratch on the screen, even though they claimed it was in excellent condition. They refused to exchange it and blamed me for not reading the fine print. I felt ripped off and lied to by this company. I have bought from BackMarket before and I know what excellent condition mean, specialy what it means for the screen. This is the first time I have had such a bad experience with a refurbished product. I am disappointed because I bought it as a Christmas gift and I don’t have time to return it and find another one. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality refurbished computer.
