This item was not refurbished at all when I received it. The top bumpers were both broken, both top paddles were not functioning, there were many scuffs and scratches, and it was very dirty. Although I was somewhat expecting it to be less than optimal shape, I didn't know it would be this bad. However, I did receive the item in quick time and all of the accessories were present (surprisingly).
