Yes I like it well it's my secondary phone number for when I want to get away from work you know like nights and weekends very few apps in it I do my Facebook and my email and some phone calls but that's it it works very well for me I like it I've had the older versions of the razors too and in the tundra thank you for your service 👍

I'm giving my experience a 3 of 5 the good: shipping was fast ordering was easy and came very well pack suggestion if anyone lives in a colder state there should be thermal wrapping to prevent damage I live in a cold place My phone came in with plenty of moisture inside of the box on the phone itself because it was cold and it was not wrapped for such weather also the phone was unlocked so getting it on my network was a breeze and everything works as intended. The bad: if I hadn't got the phone for a pretty good price The description would have been a deal breaker as I bought one that was in good condition which was supposed to have a flawless screen but there were scratches on the screen and scratches on the external screen also and the phone makes a noise when folding would I buy again? Maybe I'm on the fence about this site but for another great deal I may give it another shot!

The phone arrived pretty quickly even though it was right around the Xmas holiday. Overall condition was good, but not exactly as described. It was listed as fully unlocked GSM/CDMA, but it is really an unlocked AT&T phone and only GSM, and as such, will not upgrade to the latest Android unless on the AT&T network. It is stuck on Android 10 and will not upgrade to 11 or 12 even though it is available on AT&T, so not fully unlocked. It appears to have had a new front and back glass replacement as they are almost perfect and shows no sign of use except on the aluminum frame. And the internal folding screen is better than expected except for some stuck pixels. The only thing that is a bit off is it makes a slight snapping sound when folded and unfolded. But with the extended warranty, that should not be a problem if something happens with it (as long as they honor it).

First purchase on BackMarket and I am pleased with the experience overall but here are some observation about the condition of my "Good" condition Moto Razr 5G 2020 Fully Unlocked (GSM & CDMA): - The inner screen is in great condition; no scratches or marks. - Closing and opening the phone feels fine but there is audible creaking and moaning through the range of motion. - The SIM tray is loose and rattles around but I've had no issues with the card losing contact due to this. - The back panel is kind of loose; pulling it back I realized that the clips on the inside were broken off and the seller used double-sided tape to reattach it... not the best solution so it is something I will repair on my own. - The USB-C charging port is surprisingly very clean and free of dirt/dust/debris. - The plastic at the top front of the phone around the front-facing camera has bubbled up almost like it was left next to a stove or something. It results in some blurry areas around photos taken with the front-facing selfie cam (when the phone is flipped open). - This phone was listed as Fully unlocked (GSM & CDMA) which is technically true but what I got is not what I expected. This is Moto XT2071-2, an AT&T exclusive phone that was carrier locked. I was initially worried that I wouldn't be able to use the phone, although a requested an unlock PIN from AT&T using the device IMEI (and surprisingly AT&T sent the unlock PIN immediately to my email). This proved unnecessary as the phone worked out of the box with my USMobile SIM card (which uses Verizon LTE/CDMA network). I'm fine with all of this... after all, it is a used folding smartphone for $180. Shipping was super fast I think I received the phone in 2 days. Overall satisfied but now I know what to expect and/or ask the seller about the next time I buy on BackMarket.

The Motorola Razr I received was in perfect condition. It looked new. I am very happy with it.

It seem more like a scam!They sent a broke phone with a hole in the screen so the phone wouldn't even cut on it when i opened it,it just flashed green lights then turned right back off.The back of the phone is full of scratches but yet they are selling it as in good condition!
