The phone arrived promptly - actually a day earlier than advertised - and in fine condition. One small surprise was that the box included just a charging cable, not the charger itself. Perhaps the supplier assumed we already have too many of the damn things! The percent savings that Back Market advertise are a little unrealistic, perhaps based on the MSRP. The actual savings for what you would actually pay for a new phone is less. Back Market sent out way more emails than were necessary throughout the purchase and delivery process. But overall a positive experience. Thanks!

Nice little phone for my son. BUT only if it would operate with Visible as advertised. I specifically purchased this as a BackMarket x Visible promo. I have tried numerous times, have sent multiple emails to BM with no response. The whole idea of a great phone deal along with plan is great; and if your anxiety lies with purchasing a refurbished phone; that is not the issue at all here.
