I have contacted customer support, the seller, and I wasn't able to use the label for the return of this phone. And I have asked for a new label numerous times in the past 10 days. Tomorrow will be the 30-day Mark of me having this phone. I'm pretty sure that I read that it's a 30-day guarantee to be able to return the phone right? I like the phone at first it was good but for some reason when I left a Wi-Fi location, my service provider wouldn't work. I wasn't able to text I wasn't able to use data I wasn't able to make phone calls or receive phone calls. But yet the service provider was actually working when I was connected to Wi-Fi. I was able to text call receive calls. I was happy at first until nobody would reply to the 4 emails I had sent to customer support as well as the seller. Not happy. Not at all 🙄😒🤨👎👎👎
