This phone is an amazing deal. There are a few drawbacks as opposed to buying a higher end/higher priced phone, but that's to be expected. The main things I've noticed is that I need to restart this phone more often than I have other phones, and while the picture quality is amazing, it blurs easily - definitely no action shots or shaky hands! I also received it in near-perfect condition. The only (very minor) issues were along the seam of the phone, which you had to look closely for, and are 100% covered by any phone case. I did have an issue with purchasing this, however. Let me preface this by saying that the seller was very nice and ultimately did resolve the issue, but when you're purchasing a phone due to the your old phone not working anymore, it becomes a very stressful situation to have to deal with delays and returns. I purchased a phone locked to T-Mobile, and instead received a phone locked to Metro PCS - a phone locked to Metro PCS is 100% useless to me. While the return itself was simple, because I didn't have a receipt from the Post Office to prove I had dropped it off, they originally claimed they would need to wait until they received it back before sending out the phone I actually ordered. Now, please note that I had included pictures of the phone to prove I hadn't damaged it, a video of myself packaging the phone back up, placing it in packing material, and attaching the return label to it, AND the USPS tracking link. As soon as it registered on the USPS website that it was in their system, there was absolutely no reason the lack of a drop-off receipt should have been an issue. They did end up sending it before they received the first phone back after I spelled all of this out for them and pled my case, but it was caught in all sorts of delays. Mailing delays aren't their fault, I completely recognize that, but this again speaks to the importance of making sure you send someone what they actually ordered, the first time around. After this experience - I recommend this phone, and I continue to recommend BackMarket.com... Unfortunately, I don't recommend using this site if you're truly needing a phone within a few days. Had I not been working under an extremely pitiful budget at the time, I would have asked for a refund and gone and paid full price somewhere else so I could have had a phone that day.
