My Apple Pencil is working like a champ. I managed to lose my last Apple Pencil 2. I KNOW it’s in the house somewhere. To avoid the high cost of an AP 2, I invested in not one, but two bargain basement replacements with which I encountered a myriad of problems and incompatibilities with my Gen 3 with my ipad pro. The worst problem I had with the cheapos was they quite regularly “skip” when drawing lines in Procreate, making the app completely useless. But, order has been re-established in the universe, and I am thrilled. Oh, and I paid much less than a new one would have cost. PApple Pencil (2nd gen) - 2018Purchased on February 27, 2024

The product was delivered in an expedient fashion as I have come to expect from Backmarket. The box was taped up heavily, but the product was in pristine condition, as usual. As far as the Apple Pencil, however, I’m not sure I’m sold. It is not as quick, flawless, & useful as I had expected (at least for drawing and note taking as I have tried so far). Pen is original, everything works great. But, it came in a very sus package, few days before the website showed it is delivered. I didn’t know how original product would look and in what it will be packaged, so I was a bit stressed about that delivery. It was in a case and a package for fake apple pencils from Chinese websites with hieroglyphs and stuff. My Apple Pencil came and it works great. It was fully charged, no sign of damage, and the nib was clearly brand new. I received it in a box that was definitely for a chinese knockoff, so I initially thought I got ripped off. But no, it is a real Apple Pencil that charges magnetically when attached to my iPad, unlike what was pictured on the box. This was my first time buying from Back Market, so of course I was slightly nervous but I’m so happy I did it. It came earlier than expected, which was nice and the packaging was pretty small. I do wish it had more protection in the packaging but my pen was safe and it’s fully functional. Sorry for the late review, it was a Christmas gift for my wife. She absolutely loves it and is a major upgrade from the off brand styluses. The seamless use with no input lag is ideal and if only y’all could see the football wallpaper she made for me. Whew! Great buy 5/5. I had it for about four months now and it has been a rather good purchase. It arrived rather early and in its original packaging--which was a surprise to see! After a quick setup and learning how to use it, there has been no problem at all. Battery life is still holding up strong even though it's always connected to the iPad. The nib (the pointy thing that touches the screen) is holding up decent as well, though I will purchase more in the future.
