PlayStation 5 825GB - White

My PS5 was received as advertised in excellent condition. There was a small issue with the HDMI cable but the Backmarket folks were right on top of it! This is my 2nd purchase & I've been highly satisfied both times. I highly recommend Backmarket when you want to save money & have confidence in your purchase.

console itself was great. The controllers triangle, square, circle, and X buttons were a little tough to push. so definitely not normal, but backmarket has one of the best customer service teams I've experienced. They responded quickly and resolved the issue. so for that I will continue to buy my used tech from them. well done

It did arrive late it was USPS fault do to the cold but it works like a charm. I haven’t had any issues and it came with everything I need.

I decided to package this and open it on Christmas to make it feel like a gift for myself. when I opened it, the front panel fell off and there were some scratches. upon further investigation, i found that the handlers simply did not pop the panel back into place and i could reattach it with ease. the system was fully factory reset and functions normally as far as I can tell. overall a great experience and clear communication.

We have had the PS5 for a little over 2 months now, and I can say we are very happy with our order. It came quickly and in extremely good condition. So far it does everything as it should and outmatched our old PS4 in speed as well as screen resolution. The only issue we have had is with the PS5 controller that came with it. Much like a controller we had for the PS4 where it would shove our game character perpetually forward, the PS5 controller is making our game characters move perpetually to the left, which also makes selecting things difficult if you need to select anything on the right. We intend to send the controller back and will update after it has been fixed or replaced as necessary. But overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase and would, and have recommended backmarket.com to our friends and family members for their tech needs.

Came pretty quickly, was lightly scuffed but otherwise in good condition. I put it in a wide cubby of my entertainment center on its side to prevent overheating and started it up. I let it start downloading and went back a half hour later to find it dead. Wouldn’t turn on at all until I unplugged it and plugged it back in. Okay, my fault. I put it standing up on the ground in the open and manage to start playing a game. I stop for less than an hour to go cook something and come back to it dead again. Won’t turn on until the plug is pulled and plugged again. Now I have it elevated on what is now dubbed a ‘PS5 stand’ instead of its original identity and laying on its side so all edges are OPEN and free. So far it seems to be working but I’ll give it one last time to die on me before I return it. However I do need a new controller as this one came with a loose joystick that keeps my camera in game constantly rotating while I’m trying to play and battle enemies and my right thumb is in a constant battle to hold the camera semi still when I’m not button mashing. Highly annoying but manageable, I suppose.
