Said it before and will keep on saying it! Backmarket is my jam! Super affordable with great prices and a damn good selection of great refurbished tech! Thanks for having my back anytime I lose or have a pair of headphones stolen! Though this go around I didn’t get exactly what I ordered, they sent me the pro model version 1 - not the same battery life but just as comfortable and has active noise cancellation so it’s all good! Thank you as always!

Arrived on time/early and looks brand new! I often have found earphones/earbud style uncomfortable and unable to fit well and stay secured. These Buds are awesome! They fit great and snug and sound amazing paired with the TV,radio, and calls are crystal clear! Overjoyed with this purchase as usual with my Samsung products.

The buds came in a new box and looked brand new but for some reason the charging case for them didn't charge the buds. Fortunately, I was just getting replacement buds so I was able to use my black base charging station for them and the buds are operational. They seem to work decent and don't mind having a black case so I am keeping them. Otherwise, I would have had to return them. But I am satisfied.

the original product that i had ordered didnt function properly. i contacted the seller and they exchanged it for me for free, this would be a 10/10 experience with the seller if they hadnt tried to tell me that the product was working after i sent it back. im a tech savvy person, i tried as many ways as i could to fix it myself, even trying the options they provided me when i contacted the seller, so i know that it didnt work. they were nice, quick to respond, kept it on topic, but they still tried to tell me that it was functional whenever i sent it back. the product they sent me works fine, which i appreciate. thank you

These earbuds are not compatible with my computer (HP). I’ve been trying to contact the seller for weeks about my return and I’ve heard nothing back. The Backmarket platform does not provide an adequate option for getting in contact with someone besides the seller - who is unresponsive. Highly displeased with this overall experience. And disappointed because I’ve had positive experiences in the past.
