The product works great! This was not the item I originally ordered, I purchased the 5G version and the company sent the 4G version. The company had great communication though and worked with me to make it right.

Didn't receive the correct product, and didn't come to a resolution that saved time for the product that was received. I use my phone for work and can't be waiting weeks to get the right item or be forced to do a full refund and try and find the correct item.

So far so good. Shipping was quick for not paying for upgraded shipping. I did receive a Verizon Unlocked phone when I had ordered an AT&T unlocked phone and I thought that was causing issues with my carrier but it turns out, the issue was due to them turning off 3G, so my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G) is no longer compatible with that carrier, so I made the decision to switch to Verizon. When I thought I had an issue with the phone I received, I contacted customer support and they responded within 24 hours. Overall very pleased with the product I received and with the customer support I received. Will definately consider this seller again, when it is time for a new phone.
