This was my first all around bad experience with back market. The customer service guy was trying to be hepful but his command of the english language was challenging to understand and his volume kept dropping with every new sentence like his mouth was wondering away from the microphone and to add further insult The return label was not attached to the email which I waited for and one more thing I expect a phone that backmarket will sell me a phone that works not be too old .What good is that? And to get charged for return shipping come on now!!!
