I got the phone within a week and it looked and behaved like a brand new phone. I got it for my son for Christmas and he loves it. The only downside, if you can really call it that, is that it did not come with a charger. The cable it came with seemed to be a transfer cable or something. It had usb-c connectors on both ends.
