I was confused because I bought an unlocked phone but after some research I saw that unlocked phones can still have previous service providers installed on phones...or something of that nature. It's in really good condition, looks like it's brand new, and I can't believe how lucky I was to get it. And it comes unlocked just as described. What I would have liked is for them to have specified that when you turn it on, it displays the logo of the company that used the phone before it was unlocked.
