It was in better condition than previously thought. Still has very good screen with no scratches, no dents or scratches on the edges and sides, and very clean back. The only problem with the phone is some slight screen burn in, but it is barely noticeable and not super intrusive at all. Also the battery is still in pristine condition, as I have ran tests through AccuBattery and it still has a battery health of 99-95%. Wish it came with a wall plug in for the cord it came with because I don't have a usb type-c wall plug in, but it's alright.

The phone seems to be exactly as - if not better than - advertised. Because of the holidays I have not yet had it activated. My only issue would be with the purchase. I learned - after the purchase had been completed - that a discount was available to me. It would have been nice to have known that beforehand. The discount will still be available for my next purchase, but that could be years from now. I am now using the phone. It is excellent, if considerately different from my much earlier model. My only complaint is that the phone no longer has what I think of as an RCA pin jack, which is necessary when I drive an older, non-Bluetooth equipped vehicle. At max volume the sound is not as loud as when playing through auto speakers. All in all the phone is very good.

I received the wrong phone smh... although the process was easy through Back Market. It's a nice phone other than it's not what I ordered. I had reservations about the outcome of such a large purchase online, and my expectations were confirmed. I ordered and paid in full for S23, which was supposed to be 256GB, and they sent me the 128 GB model. My time is very valuable, and I dislike the return policy as now I have to go out of MY way to rectify.
