My phone arrived in perfect working condition, set up was easy and I'm so much more than satisfied with the phone! However, the charger that came with my phone fell apart the first day. The part you hold with your fingers to insert into the phone kept coming apart and every time i snapped it back together it still did not work but the charging dock is still good and I am able to use the USB cord from my old charger so no big deal. Overall, I am so happy with my purchase and will definitely buy another phone from Back Market when the time comes!!!
