Galaxy S6 32GB - Blue - Locked AT&T

came on time, well packaged, even had a charger cable as well as a plastic film over the front screen, though I think it could of used one for the back as well being glass however that's not really a big deal. and as i ordered a fair product, expecting to see a lot more damage or scuff marks etc, I was surprised to only see a few marks around the buttons and ports. I will also note this was my first purchase on Backmarket and am pretty happy with my experience, I had my doubts especially when I realized the seller I had ordered my phone through had some.. not so great recent interactions based off feedback. fingers crossed I don't have the issue they had. Will update if I do run into the issues others had with the person I purchased from.

Great buy. no problems. did have to get a new sim card as they had changed size from her galaxy 4 to the galaxy 6.. It was $5 at the ATT store. All her info transfered great with the samsung switch program

Ordered 1st phone and had issues beyond the control of Back Market. Worked with seller(very easy) was able to return phone (no hassles) ordered 2nd phone and have been very happy with it. I will be ordering another phone for my wife. This company is very easy to work with and have very good customer service relations and very good product! I would recommend this company to anyone! The works great. Battery life is horrible and my back button doesn't work at all for whatever reason. But it's pretty good.

I was so excited to get my new phone. However, it wasn't what I ordered.I couldn't even see the screen. I contacted the seller to let them know how disappointed I was. Awaiting notification from the seller. I'll keep you guys posted as to the outcome.
