Galaxy S7 32GB - Gold - Locked AT&T

I cannot begin to tell everyone how absolutely great the folks are at BackMarket. I went on line and bought a refurbished Galaxy S7 - - I then signed into the BackMarket website and could not find my purchase - - so I did what I thought was necessary and repeated the buying process. Lo and behold all of a sudden I get two emails confirming my purchases and this is late Sat afternoon. I realized my mistake and did a little panic - - Pay Pal told me that if the purchase was confirmed, which it was, that I would have to wait and file a grievance to get any money back. I then emailed BackMarket and the supplier, Upgrade Solution and explained that I only needed one phone. BackMarket Customer Service immediately went into gear and by Monday morning everything was completely squared away - - PayPal was refunded for the one phone that BackMarket finalized and Upgrade Solutions shipped the one phone that I had activated that same afternoon and all is working great. I am a "seasoned" citizen, have worked customer service, did contracting for a number of years, and this is undoubtedly the ultimate in support - - not to mention the phone is great, also.

Absolutely beautiful phone. Was blown away when I opened up the package and checked it out. Was new basically, including the screen which was not listed in the parts professionally refurbished and therefore a concern of mine considering the price. No LCD burn whatsoever. Shipped same day. 10/10 A+ service and value.

I paid for a complete refurbish....wouldn't think it was ever used. Everything was like straight from the factory. If I could have found this sooner would have bought it a long time ago. For somebody with 3 kids 2 dogs 3 cats a d 3 ferrets was worth the money

I was not expecting much for the low price I paid...but holy moly, I was not expecting a new phone!! I bought this Galaxy S7 to replace my S5 because the camera stopped focusing. I purchased the “mint” condition phone and I was very surprised that this phone was like new. There were a few superfine scratches on the screen the kind from using a cleaning clothe that were not noticeable unless you shined a flashlight on it. I’m super happy with the purchase. I recommend paying the extra for the mint condition. You won’t be disappointed. I will use this service again.

this is another great phone from back market and would recommed to anyone wanting Quality phone at a great price. It was easy to transfer all my suff from my ould S5 to this S7. added a 64gb card at same time.

Arrived in beautiful condition has made 2 weeks flawless use and reliable as the day is long starting in the twilight of 2:00 AM regular basis taking orders and using Square for purchases at morning rush at breakfast ect business . Thank you Glenn

Love the size and the 32k memory. After reading other's reviews, I was not aware of the S7 extreme battery usage (almost need to charge it twice a day). Also the phone can get to be too hot to handle! Definitely very warm in your hand when using for calls or apps.
