Galaxy S7 Active 32GB - Gold - Unlocked

Well first, although these phones are "unlocked" neither work for our provider. Luckily, my husband still wanted to keep them because they are good phones for those who aren't super gentle with phones (such as my husband and 3 year old) so we kept them to just use at home on wifi. All was fine except they barely keep a charge, overheat easily and yesterday out of no where my husband's phone went into a weird boot screen we couldn't get out of? and the only thing that fixed it was letting it die completely (we couldn't shut it off or else we would have) and today it seems to be working okay.. but damn we wasted a good amount of money on phones we can only use on wifi....
