Galaxy S8 64GB - Black - Locked T-Mobile

I was a little worried when I first got the Galaxy S8 because of it's small size. After using it for over a year I realized it was a great phone, so after I shattered the screen and the ear speaker quit working I wanted another. I didn't want to finance or spend a lot as it is a work phone (probably will break another...lol). I found BackMarket, have them a shot with a "new" personal phone. Found myself extremely satisfied. So I then ordered a Galaxy S8 to replace my broken work phone... AGAIN, extremely satisfied. Great prices, outstanding refurbished products. I highly recommend BackMarket. I've learned they offer much more than phones, have killer deals. Superb customer service. If anything isn't 100%, they'll work to make it so. I'll for sure use them a third, fourth, .... time. Was super bummed when I dropped my only few month old but refurbished Samsung Galaxy S7 (from Backmarket!) and the screen stopped working. I had it in my sturdy case and all.....but oh well. Did the same thing as last time, got a new-for-me but upgraded to S8 T-Mobile ready phone, stuck in my sim card and away I went. Thanks. Do you guys take back old busted phones and fix them up? What do I do with the old one now??? I can recycle, but it might have life left.

The phone is exactly as was described. In fact, I don't think anyone can tell it is refurbished! The price was outstanding for the quality of the phone and its condition. It came in the estimated delivery (actually faster I think). I have been recommending you to my friends and family.

Phone was in excellent condition-but the service was Outstanding! I made a mistake on the address and they were really awesome getting it shipped out a second time quickly! Absolutely would buy there again!

Got mines the next day .. and I love it i would say very clean brand new phone picture quality is really amazing better than iPhone for sure .. best purchase ever .. just wish I could get back all my iPhone stuff transfer to this phone .. we other than that amazing will definitely buy again ..HAPPY 🤗

So far so great! The phone appeared brand new. I took it to the phone store and they transferred everything from the old Galaxy S5. It took a few days getting use to the new phone but onboard now and pleased with the speed. When I'm ready to replace, I'll definitely be looking here first. To my surprise Back Market also placed a screen protector on the phone. Thank You!

It came with the original box. The phone itself is brand new and doesn't seem used even tho I know it is.
